Community

2020 has been the year that Covid has had a huge impact on people both professionally and personally and will be felt for many years ahead. EHM are immensely proud to have been able to play our part in the fight against Covid and support our local Community with a donation of 500 pairs of protective eyewear to St Georges Hospital Tooting along with donations of PPE to the New Victoria Hospital, Belfast. This was greatly received by both hospitals as a time when they were in need: Paul Holmes, Clinical Director of St Georges Hospital wrote an email of appreciation to EHM for “their generosity at a time when the country was in crisis”.

Over the years EHM have supported many different charities and donated over £40k to Cancer Research and Children’s Welfare charities, and as a company we will continue to support these causes. We understand that community spirit and environmental awareness go hand in hand, and we have started an initiative with Singlegate Primary School to donate some litter picking kits for their Eco-Warriors club, encouraging children to be more mindful of their surroundings and the impact of litter on the environment.
